This gives a focus and explanation of pain that seems bearable! imagine being able to rejoice thru anykind of pain! That is strong hope! That is a big witness to God as well.How we can use pain to focus on Jesus and praise him is huge! But I amamazed that the runner begins to enjoy pain process, as i don't enjoy getting tired myself (unless its fora good cause once in awile!!)
